Your first treatment will include a consultation and a treatment lasting approximately 1 1/4 hours. Subsequent treatments normally last an hour.

During this time I will take a brief medical history to find out what you hope to gain from seeing me.

I can devise a treatment plan for you to follow and give you lifestyle advice on areas such as diet, exercise, posture and specific stretches to follow and do at home, this will help compliment the massage treatment received.
