Sports massage is a deep tissue massage using a variety of techniques, such as Neuro-Muscular Technique and Soft Tissue Release.  These can be aimed at a specific localised areas to help with injury, or as part of a full body treatment.

Who can benefit?

Anyone who has an old, new or recurring injury can benefit from a sports massage, physically active people who want to include massage as part of their training regime, and people who want a deep tissue massage can also benefit from a sports massage.

Sports massage can aid a training programme as it helps to reduce swelling and adhesions, increase muscle tone, definition and  can also improve strength and flexibility of muscles.
